自己看不準， 對照前後照片可能你會發現長很多， 但極少數人免疫系統反應因素，長的量會比較少。

I need to tell Dr. Chao more the truth about my history ... Dec 30,2013, I was injected Shincort 3/4 both cheeks and 1/2cc both jowls line in my subcutaneous layer. 最近有好多這類型的枕頭臉出現，連有些醫生自己都打成大餅狀。原因不外乎沒經驗、商業模式推銷客人打一堆、廠商醫師錯誤認為打多會提拉。 但是處理這類型過多個案，局部注射類固醇是最不好的方式。填充物的效果是暫時的，類固醇的萎縮是永久的，用永久皮膚及脂肪萎縮來換暫時的消退是不智的，等填充物吸收後，才是想哭的開始。 There are a lot of this kind of cases of Pillow Faces coming to my clinic. They are not my patients but treated by doctors in Taiwan and overseas. The common reasons of their too-much volumization or unsightly results are inexperienced hands, oversale of filler and the misunderstanding and advertisement of some doctors to boast its lifting effects. But what worse is to solve this kind of problem by local steroid injection. The augmentation of filler is temporary, but the tissue atrophy of steroid injection is permanent. To compensate the temporary volume by permanent loss is really stupid. When the filler goes, it will be the time you know how serious the problem is.

Hi, Dr. Yan, I had too much Sculptra last Summer. My face like a square "puffy cake" right now. I know there is no method to dissolve/remove Sculptra. May I ask ... if I have ULTHERA or Thermage Total Tip treatment ... will it improve some temporary contouring to my face? Please advice and thanks a lot !!!

I received several cases of this kind of Pillow Faces from other clinics. I have my secrets to let the new grown tissue go. But Ultera could be used to tighten the fascia and thermage total tip could remove some fat from you. They can be combined together for better enhancement of your facial contour.

1.有的會回來，有的會擠成一團。 2.看情況，有的還會惡化。 3.可以。 4.其實都可以，只是不同產品技術不同。 5.深層加熱的會有影響。

请问那种ice pick scar <1mm大的,移除的皮肤会比原本凹洞更加大吗?我这里的医师说只有2mm以上的凹洞才适合做,这种小洞没办法移植,因为太小。。那是不是1mm小洞都需要以2mm的工具来移除呢?
